- 3 no egg whites
- 2 no egg yolks
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp sugar heaped
- 5 tbsp flour heaped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6-8 tbsp water

Instructions
- Mix oil and yolks.
- Add half the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt to form a smooth mixture with thick consistency.
- Beat the egg whites very stiff.
- Add the remaining sugar and beat again till stiff again.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites
- Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius.
- Pour the mixture into an ungreased baking tin.
- Bake at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes.
- insert a pin or a knife in the middle of the cake to make sure it's done (If it comes out without sticking).
- When done, remove from oven and put upside down to cool.
- Run a knife around the edges of the cake and gently ease it out.
