Classic Chiffon Cake
  1. Mix oil and yolks.
  2. Add half the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt to form a smooth mixture with thick consistency.
  3. Beat the egg whites very stiff.
  4. Add the remaining sugar and beat again till stiff again.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites
  6. Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius.
  7. Pour the mixture into an ungreased baking tin.
  8. Bake at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes.
  9. insert a pin or a knife in the middle of the cake to make sure it's done (If it comes out without sticking).
  10. When done, remove from oven and put upside down to cool.
  11. Run a knife around the edges of the cake and gently ease it out.
